Barcelona are currently third in the Spanish Primera Division with same points as Villarreal but with a worst goal average. They did lost just one game from the opening five matches, but are still considered the team to beat even this season. They won the last league game away from home against Athletic Bilbao and managed to get only a draw against FK Rubin Kazan in the Champions League earlier this week. Mallorca are mid table and lost just one game too, but drew couple more. Their last two games include a win against Real Sociedad at home and a loss against Athletic Bilbao playing away.
