Soccer Extreme : Genoa striker Luca Toni has escaped without any injury after his Audi Q7 hit a road barrier as he was travelling on the A7 towards Genoa in the early hours of the morning, Italian road police confirmed.La Repubblica reports the emergency services were called to the scene after Toni hit a curbside barrier.
The incident happened just after midnight, but the World Cup winner emerged from the wreckage unharmed.
His Audi though suffered extensive damage and police launched an investigation. The cause of the accident is unknown. (goal)
