Located in Manchester inside an building formerly used as a bank, the restaurant is currently undergoing a major refurb to ready itself for the onslaught of ballers, locals and wagabees soon to grace its dinner tables.
A spokesperson for the resto says Rosso will seat about 150 people and be quite a laid back affair. (kickette)
