Soccer Extreme : Cristiano Ronaldo has found a new way to indulge his passion for diving: Collecting luxury watches, including waterproof ones. Man United’s Portuguese winger reportedly already owns several, including a £70,000 Franck Muller timepiece.
Now he is looking at investing in Rolex and Cartier numbers, and timepieces from Breitling and club-sponsor Hublot.An Old Trafford source revealed: “Ronnie is becoming more mature with his money and, although he loves cars, he now wants items which hold value.
“He has been told how some watches increase in value over time and he has developed a great eye for these things.
“A few of the United lads compete over cars and watches, but Ronnie always seems to be one step ahead.”
